Main Responsibilities:
- Confirm Patient Details: Verify all patient information provided by healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure Patient Satisfaction: Follow up with patients to ensure their expectations are met and provide resolution to any issues that may arise.
