No prior experience in care is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support.

Training and Development: Upon joining Eden Futures, you will participate in a thorough Induction Programme that includes in-person training, online learning, and shadowing experienced team members. For those new to the care sector, we will assist you in completing your Care Certificate and achieving a nationally recognized Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field, in collaboration with our training partner, Paragon Skills.

Flexible Working: Our roles offer competitive hourly rates (£11.44 per hour) with flexible options for full-time, part-time, or bank contracts. Shifts may vary across days, nights, and weekends, allowing you to balance your work with other commitments.

Application Process: As part of our hiring process, we conduct telephone screenings with candidates. Please note that roles involving direct contact with our service users are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and an Enhanced DBS Check will be required prior to employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist service users in leading fulfilling and active lives in accordance with their preferences and assessed needs.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals, taking appropriate measures to safeguard them from harm.
  • Provide emotional support while maintaining a person-centered approach.
  • Encourage participation in community activities and assist with financial management, medication, and personal care.
  • Act as a point of contact for the service user's support network, accurately reporting any concerns regarding their health and well-being.
  • Build appropriate relationships with service users while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
