**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a strong **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy** to grow email lists, customer engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Design and manage **retention marketing tactics** to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze data from marketing campaigns and report performance insights to recommend improvements.
  • Support the optimization of email and automated communication flows, developing new flows to make best use of insights in timing, targeting, and content.
  • Develop creative briefs and assign to designers and copywriters to create high-quality, effective creative assets.
  • Monitor competitor campaigns to inform and shape the future strategy and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the **Ecommerce team** and **performance marketing agencies** to brainstorm new creative ideas and ensure alignment across channels.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years' experience in a digital marketing role, with proven success in developing and implementing loyalty/CRM strategies.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Understanding of all performance marketing channels.
  • Confidence using email and marketing automation ESP platforms, on-site personalization, as well as SMS and direct mail.
  • Strong Excel skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.
