Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Front of House division in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing high-calibre Guest Services, Concierge, and Receptionist Managers in various sectors.

About the Role:

  • Reporting directly to a senior Associate Director, you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that feeds through live roles and drives new business development.
  • You will have the opportunity to build your reputation as a go-to recruiter for Front of House and Guest Services roles, capitalizing on the depth and breadth of the thriving London market.
  • With a focus on relationship-led new business development, you will work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and candidates, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
  • You will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of roles, from Corporate Receptionist to Senior Client Host, and everything in between.
