Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Office Manager in daily office management tasks.
  • Perform general administrative duties and be adaptable to various tasks as required.
  • Handle sales and purchase invoicing, as well as maintain internal company documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Sage accounting software is advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided.

Work Schedule: Enjoy the benefit of flexible working hours, with a commitment of 20-25 hours per week, allowing you to balance personal commitments.
