Bromley by Bow Extraordinary Festival Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Bromley by Bow Extraordinary Festival. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the festival is delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed targets and outcomes.

The festival will be a celebration of local culture, talent, and achievement, taking place through a series of events and activities in July, August, and September 2012. The Project Manager will work closely with the festival team to develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, ensuring the smooth execution of all festival activities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in delivering large-scale events and festivals. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, volunteers, and external partners.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinating with festival teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery
  • Managing festival logistics, including venue management, catering, and event operations
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and risk management procedures
  • Monitoring and evaluating festival performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as necessary

The successful candidate will be a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering high-quality events and festivals. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
