About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Tramlines Festival. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our festival.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase festival attendance and brand awareness.
  • Manage and execute day-to-day marketing campaign activity, including social media, email marketing, and PR.
  • Present marketing plans and key assets to senior management for approval.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, including PR and digital agencies.
  • Develop and manage the festival's social media presence and digital assets.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are within approved parameters.
  • Recruit third-party partners and devise promotions to increase ticket sales and event awareness.
  • Ensure all decision-making is rooted in data and insight.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing and event management, with a focus on music or music events.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and PR.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
