BFI London Film Festival Studio Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Studio Coordinator to join our team at the BFI London Film Festival. The successful candidate will work closely with the Studio Manager to provide marketing services requirements across the festival, ensuring best value and timely delivery of marketing outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the workflow of LFF design projects, collaborating with the Studio Manager to meet design schedules.
- Work with the BFI's roster of suppliers to ensure best value and quality.
- Liaise with external suppliers, obtaining proposals and quotations.
- Collaborate with the Festivals Marketing Manager and the Editor of the LFF brochure on the production of the LFF brochure.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in print/design/production management or marketing account handling.
- Excellent knowledge of a range of marketing methods.
- Knowledge of print production processes.
- Excellent project management experience.
