We are seeking an experienced Event Production Manager to join our public engagement team at Imperial College London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the production and delivery of our flagship event, The Great Exhibition Road Festival, as well as other events and installations across our South Kensington and White City campuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the production and logistics of events, including operations, performance programming, and health and safety.
  • Work closely with the Festival Producer to deliver a high-quality event experience.
  • Oversee multiple projects, including a demo kitchen, silent disco, and site design and layout.
  • Collaborate with artists and performers to programme different performance spaces.
  • Manage relationships with multiple contractors and internal departments.
  • Ensure excellent attention to detail and administrative skills.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in event production management for small and large-scale events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of event management principles, event safety, site management, event wayfinding, and risk assessments.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
