We are seeking a Marketing Services Coordinator to work with the Studio Manager on the provision of all marketing services requirements across the BFI London Film Festival, ensuring best value to quality ratio and timely delivery of marketing outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the workflow of LFF design projects, with the Studio Manager, according to the design schedule.
  • To work with the BFI's roster of suppliers, ensuring best value and quality.
  • To liaise with external suppliers, including obtaining proposals and quotations.
  • To work with the Festivals Marketing Manager and the Editor of the LFF brochure on the production of the LFF brochure.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in print / design / production management or marketing account handling.
  • An excellent knowledge of a good range of marketing methods.
  • Knowledge of print production processes.
  • Excellent project management experience.

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent project management skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for marketing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
