Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Delivery Manager to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our facilities management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of facilities management services to our clients, taking responsibility for performance, human resource management, health and safety, quality, and profitability.

• Ensure that our services comply with relevant client standards, including building bulletins and services output specifications.

• Develop and implement site-specific policies and operational procedures that align with our company's values and meet the requirements of our clients.

• Manage and develop staff, ensuring a positive employment culture, effective training strategies, and high retention levels.

• Monitor performance and provide regular reports to our clients and senior management, confirming compliance with contract requirements and identifying areas for improvement.

• Practice effective risk management, establishing controls, procedures, health and safety systems, and audits to ensure compliance with legislation and contingency plans are in place.

• Manage contract budgets in a cost-effective manner, ensuring value for money is achieved across the board.

• Report on profit and loss performance on a regular basis, taking full accountability for delivering to budget, minimizing aged debt, and actively recovering work-in-progress in line with agreed timescales.

Requirements

• Industry-relevant qualifications

• Prior experience within the PFI/PPP sector

• Experience of working within an NHS/Education environment

• Previous experience of developing operational plans for PFI/PPP contracts

• High level of administration and organizational skills

• Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Concept/Vixen
