Job Summary

As a Contract Delivery Manager at Integral UK Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of PFI/PPP contracts. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure that PFI/PPP contracts are delivered in line with the requirements of the FM and Project Agreements, as well as all relevant statutory regulations.
  • Revenue and Profit Maximisation: Identify and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profit opportunities through effective deduction management, direct labour deployment, procurement gains, and lifecycle strategy development.
  • Contract Management: Manage the delivery of FM services to contracts, taking responsibility for performance, human resource management, health and safety, quality, and profitability.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain positive, constructive relationships with client representatives, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Staff Management: Manage and develop staff, promoting a positive employment culture, effective training strategies, and high retention levels.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor contract performance and provide regular reports to clients and senior management, highlighting compliance, issues, future workload, risks, and opportunities.
  • Risk Management: Establish and maintain effective risk management systems, ensuring compliance with legislation and developing contingency plans.
  • Financial Management: Manage contract budgets in a cost-effective manner, ensuring value for money and achieving financial targets.
  • Legislative Compliance: Ensure that all legislative requirements are met across all facilities, including Legionella, HTM AP LV, HTM AP CP, and HTM AP Ventas.
Requirements
  • Industry-relevant qualifications
  • Prior experience within the PFI/PPP sector
  • Experience of working within an NHS/Education environment
  • Previous experience of developing operational plans for PFI/PPP contracts
  • High level of administration and organisational skills
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Concept/Vixen
