Role Summary

As a key member of the Integral team, you will work closely with the Account Manager and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with FM and Project Agreements, as well as statutory regulations. Your goal will be to maximize revenue and profit opportunities through effective deduction management, direct labour deployment, procurement gains, and lifecycle strategy development.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Manage the delivery of FM services to assigned contracts, taking responsibility for performance, human resource management, health and safety, quality, and profitability.
  2. Ensure that the requirements of the Project Agreement and FM Agreement are met, in line with ARs and CMPs.
  3. Develop site-specific policies and operational procedures that align with the company's value framework and meet client requirements.
  4. Liaise with client representatives to establish positive, long-term partnerships.
  5. Manage and develop staff to foster a positive employment culture, effective training strategies, and high retention levels.
  6. Monitor performance and provide regular reports to the client and Account Director, highlighting compliance with contract requirements and identifying areas for discussion.
  7. Implement effective risk management, establishing controls, procedures, health and safety systems, and audits to ensure compliance with legislation.
  8. Report on P&L performance, taking full accountability for delivering to budget, minimizing aged debt, and recovering WIP in line with agreed timescales.
  9. Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements across all facilities.
  10. Act as Responsible Person for Legionella, HTM AP LV, HTM AP CP, HTM AP Vent, and other HTM duties for the contract.
  11. Support on-call engineers in the call-out rota.
  12. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Concept/Vixen.
