Role Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Project Leader to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and refining the complete customer experience through the execution of a forward-thinking client engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
The CRM Project Leader will:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive multi-channel CRM strategy.
  • Define customer and pet lifecycle phases while developing strategies for engagement and retention.
  • Identify target demographics, create segmentations, and execute tailored marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee daily CRM marketing campaigns, automations, segmentations, on-site personalization, and product suggestions.
  • Analyze performance metrics, ROI, and overall business impact, recognizing trends and opportunities to enhance customer experience and campaign success.
  • Establish and uphold CRM best practices.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Technical CRM expertise, including proficiency in SQL for segment creation and updates.
  • Experience in developing effective client retention strategies, preferably in subscription or loyalty-driven environments.
  • A solid understanding of database architecture.
  • Familiarity with email scripting languages for dynamic content.
  • Experience in a customer relationship management capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge in CRM segmentation, campaign management, direct marketing, offer management, data analysis, interactive marketing, database marketing, and email marketing.
