Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Lead/Manager to join our team at Terry Parris Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our technical sales efforts and driving business growth in the Advanced Materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Advanced Materials industry.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
4. Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product demonstrations and training.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.

Requirements:
1. Proven track record of success in technical sales leadership roles, preferably in the Advanced Materials industry.
2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the industry, including product features and applications.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
