Job Title:

Technical Sales Lead/Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Lead/Manager to join our team at Terry Parris Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maximizing relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers at all levels
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline with sufficient growth opportunities to meet income and gross margin targets
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical competence in the features and functions of our products
  • Prepare and present technical proposals to a high level of technical and financial accuracy
  • Produce weekly sales reports and provide feedback on customers, competitors, opportunities, markets, pipeline, and other sales-related activities
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • Degree or HND in engineering or science subject or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience in selling large-scale capital equipment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve excellence in all activities
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel globally as required
Benefits:
