Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Lead/Manager to join our team at Terry Parris Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maximizing relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
- Conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers at all levels
- Develop and maintain a pipeline with sufficient growth opportunities to meet income and gross margin targets
- Develop and maintain a high level of technical competence in the features and functions of our products
- Prepare technical proposals to a high level of technical and financial accuracy
- Produce weekly sales reports and provide feedback on customers, competitors, opportunities, markets, pipeline, and other sales-related activities
- Build and maintain close working relationships with customers, prospects, and our own personnel
Requirements:
- Significant experience in selling large-scale capital equipment
- Education to degree/HND level in engineering/science subject or qualified by experience
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel globally as required
