  • Empower Children, Young People, and Families to make informed decisions regarding healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Deliver essential services through the Healthy Child Programme, offering guidance and tailored support.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a proactive and creative approach when engaging with children and families.
  • Possess a current NMC registration as a qualified nurse.
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous professional development and a desire to learn.
  • Adapt positively to change and embrace new challenges.
  • Fluent in the English language.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Swindon.
