About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Database and Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at Langton N4P Charity Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and providing strategic direction for our organisation's operations, including our Raisers Edge database, gift processing, financial reporting, and GDPR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our Raisers Edge database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and implement complex data segmentation for mailings and oversee database updates following mailings.
  • Produce regular reports to analyse our engagement and fundraising activities, informing future plans and strategies.
  • Ensure Foundation Office compliance with HMRC requirements, working closely with our Finance Department.
  • Prepare for the annual Audit, collaborating with the Finance Department.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with excellent computer and database management skills, including in-depth knowledge of Raisers Edge, Word, and Excel. You should have experience working in a small team, with a willingness to assist in meeting deadlines. You must be capable of working effectively under pressure and with changing priorities, with a proactive approach to work and problem-solving.
