We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at JMF Associates. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving our financial growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bring the entire finance function in-house, ensuring a seamless transition with external accountants.
  • Oversee month-end processes, including reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
  • Conduct detailed cash flow analysis on a daily basis.
  • Analyze revenue and stock on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare and present detailed monthly management accounts to our Directors.
  • Perform profit and loss, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Develop and manage detailed budgets, collaborating with stakeholders on monthly costs.
  • Reconcile multi-currency payments.
  • Manage small monthly payroll, handle queries, and onboard new starters.
  • Provide detailed financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Prepare year-end statutory accounts.
  • Liaise with HMRC and resolve any queries.
  • Coordinate contract distribution to new starters and handle HR-related issues.
Requirements
  • Experience in a stock-based environment within an SME.
  • Hands-on approach, willing to roll up sleeves.
  • ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification with a proven track record in operational and financial roles.
  • Staff management experience and ability to handle HR issues.
  • Strong systems skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills.
