Job Summary:
SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior School Finance Manager to join a prominent multi-academy trust in Brent. As a key leadership position, this role requires a strong background in school finance or education sector financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of financial management for two schools, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the schools' long-term goals
Manage school budgets and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and in line with educational priorities
Monitor income and expenditure, prepare financial reports, and advise on financial performance
Lead and manage the finance team to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the schools' financial operations
Ensure compliance with all statutory financial regulations, audit requirements, and funding agreements
Work closely with senior leadership teams to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
Lead on procurement, contract management, and financial risk management
Manage payroll, pensions, and other employee financial matters

Requirements:
Proven experience as a School Business Manager, Senior Finance Manager, or similar role within the education sector
Strong financial acumen, with a track record of successfully managing large budgets and financial operations
Experience of working in multi-academy trusts or managing multiple schools is desirable
Detailed knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in the education sector
Experience with financial management software and systems used in schools
