About the Role

As a Senior Club Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and volunteers in delivering a high-quality, creative, and fun programme of activities for young people aged 13 to 19 (up to 25 for those with additional needs).

The role involves working across all Youth Zone sessions, with lead responsibility for sessions on Wednesday to Saturday evenings. You will ensure a high-quality offer, focused on the needs of young people and in line with the Youth Zone's aspirations to provide members with the best possible experiences and opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of staff and volunteers
  • Delivering a programme of activities for young people
  • Ensuring a high-quality, creative, and fun offer
  • Working across all Youth Zone sessions

About You

We are looking for a Senior Club Manager with a relevant qualification or strong demonstrable experience in Youth Work. You will have evidence of ongoing professional development, including safeguarding, health and safety, and management.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Working with young people aged 13 to 19 (up to 25 for those with additional needs)
  • Engaging vulnerable, disengaged, or hard-to-reach young people in activities
  • Managing a team of staff and volunteers
