High Intensity CBT Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Intensity CBT Therapist to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our mental health services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological therapies to individuals with common mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of clients referred to the service, identifying their needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-intensity CBT interventions, including individual and group-based therapy sessions, to help clients manage their mental health conditions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain expertise in CBT and other evidence-based therapies.
- Qualified High-Intensity CBT Therapist (BABCP-accredited or in the process of applying for accreditation) or Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
- Proven experience in delivering high-intensity CBT interventions in a primary care or mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
