Position Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioral Therapist or a registered Clinical/Counseling Psychologist within our NHS Talking Therapies service. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in a primary care mental health setting.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and a strong commitment to collaborative team dynamics. Key responsibilities will include providing clinical supervision and line management to team members, alongside involvement in project management activities.
Main Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or a Doctoral qualification in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, along with full accreditation from the BABCP or HCPC. A minimum of two years of post-qualification experience is essential.
Additionally, the candidate should have completed training in supervisory practices and possess at least one year of supervisory experience.

Compensation
This role includes a High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary, ensuring competitive remuneration for our staff.

- Post Graduate Diploma in CBT or Doctoral level in Clinical/Counseling Psychology
- BABCP accreditation or HCPC registration
- Training in a second IAPT modality
- High Intensity Supervision Training
