About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Intensity CBT Therapist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary workforce, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological therapies to individuals with common mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of clients referred to the service, using evidence-based approaches to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop and deliver individual and group-based CBT interventions, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest research and clinical guidelines to maintain expertise in CBT and related modalities.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology or a related field, with BABCP accreditation or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-intensity CBT interventions, with a strong track record of client engagement and outcome achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy, while also contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
