High Intensity CBT Therapist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a High Intensity CBT Therapist in a Primary Care setting. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing psychological treatments to individuals with depression, anxiety, and other common mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of clients referred to the service and develop treatment plans based on sound theoretical knowledge and good practice.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions using advanced CBT approaches, including individual and group-based sessions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the development of our services.
- Qualified High-Intensity CBT Therapist (BABCP-accredited or in the process of applying for accreditation) or Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
- Experience of working in a Primary Care setting and delivering CBT interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
