Universal Business Team, a family-run small to medium-sized enterprise in the construction sector, is in search of a Client Relationship Executive. This position presents an excellent opportunity for an energetic sales expert to become part of a flourishing organization recognized for its familial environment and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Oversight: Manage a variety of client accounts, nurturing robust relationships to guarantee customer satisfaction. Engage with clients regularly, primarily via telephone.
  • Sales Enhancement: Discover cross-selling and upselling prospects to increase revenue. Monitor customer purchasing patterns to stimulate business expansion.
  • Client Assistance: Deliver precise quotations and product information to clients. Maintain ongoing communication with purchasers and decision-makers to fulfill their requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside the External Sales team to assist in managing shared accounts.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in telephonic sales, with a successful history of closing transactions and upselling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting a professional demeanor on the phone.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to meet objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Enthusiastic team contributor dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Familiarity with the construction sector (preferred but not mandatory).
