Your role will bring together in one central service team expertise to plan and deliver site mobilisation and demobilisation across BBUK.

You will provide a desk top service to construction projects to ensure arrangements are in place for sites to be mobilised and demobilised on contract commencement date to enable efficient working from day one.

In addition, you will be providing costs from framework providers and raising necessary orders to ensure effective mobilisations and demobilisations of temporary accommodation from small 5 cabin setup up to bespoke modular facilities. Putting planning programmes together and arranging suppliers to delivery against SLA’s.

You will occasionally undertake site visits, site delivery coordination & supervisory both incorporating quality and audit checks on accommodation setups.

You will be expected to provide an excellent customer service experience for the end user ensuring and accurate data recording for analysis of SLA’s and KPI’s, whilst maintaining Key Stakeholder Engagement across all SBU’s and supply chain.

**What you'll be doing**
- Engage with Project Managers, Suppliers and internal functions on site to effectively manage and communicate all aspects of mobilisation and demobilisation successfully.
- Support the project in specifying requirements.
- Co-ordinate the successful completion of tenders through mobilisations
- Ensure relevant H&S / RAMS documentation in place prior to delivery of mobilisations.
- Manage programme delivery of mobilisations and demobilisations
- Ensure all orders are placed accurately and completed on time to the customer’s specification and in agreed SLA’s.
- Proactively monitor progress of all orders, working with internal/external suppliers to fulfil order requirements.
- Build and maintain a good working relationship with all other members of the team including suppliers and customers.
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of databases to assist in collation of management information.
- Assist in collation of management information for accurate reporting on SLA’s and KPIs.
- Proactively problem solve and assisting project team (customer) with enquiries.
- Management of document storage and file management - continuously auditing to ensure accurate data documented.
- To take ownership of any given task and complete by agreed deadline.
- Contribute to delivery of the department’s business plan through personal objectives.
- Programme design/development and scheduling of supply chain.
- Producing detailed cost data and presenting to project team (customer).

**Who we're looking for**
- Ability to lead and deliver against tight SLA's to specific KPI's
- Ability plan and deliver complex, managed projected set ups
- Outstanding communication skills comfortable presenting to senior executives both internal and amongst clients
- Willing to travel to meet with stakeholders to produce client / customer deliverables
- Customer focused and have excellent interpersonal skills

**Essential**
- Previous experience in construction industry
- Communicate at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
- IT literate and able to produce management information
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office products (particularly Excel, Word, Project & PowerPoint)
- Customer focused and as excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, in fast paced high-volume deadline driven environment
- A driving licence

**Desirable**
- Previous construction 'on-site' experience
- CITB SSSTS Accreditation
- CSCS Labourer or above Card
