**Role**:
The All About Respect Project in the Department of Education wishes to recruit a Project Officer for the All About Respect in Relationships project. The post-holder will work on coordinating the project, liaising with project partners to arrange training and campaign events and undertake focus groups. The overarching objective of the project was to safeguard students by creating spaces for open and honest dialogue within our student communities about healthy relationships and embedding cultures of respect to strengthening sexual violence, harassment and domestic abuse prevention. Working with the Public Health team at the City of York project, the focus of this project is to develop our understanding of unsafe relationships in young adults (16 to 25 years old) and develop awareness and intervention programmes to challenge problematic relationships.

**Skills, Experience & Qualification needed**:

- To support the co-ordination of the All About Respect in Relationships project.
- To assist in the organisation of focus groups and survey data collection.
- To support the organisation and running of campaigns in local colleges and universities.
- To assist in the running of training programmes and the evaluation of this training.
