About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of SAP's EMEA SMB 6 Month FTC team, where you will play a key role in building automated marketing programs using a range of MarTech solutions. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will help grow awareness, drive engagement, and generate demand across field and digital programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Marketing Events
    • Design and execute engaging event programs using the tech stack, including Salesforce, Drupal, Marketo, and On24.
    • Analyze and optimize event experience, from registration to follow-up and against business objectives.
    • Support global and regional teams to deliver events as required.
  • Enhance Email Marketing Program
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve the automated marketing nurturing program, tailored to the buying experience.
    • Take an iterative approach in the creation, analysis, and optimization of the email marketing program to exceed performance metrics.
    • Work with other members of the EMEA new business marketing team to deliver integrated experiences through email.
  • Manage Gifting and Direct Mail Platform
    • Create, coordinate, and optimize gifting campaigns that create moments that matter, leading to high engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to create new experiences aligned to the wider GTM strategy.
    • Manage budgets and inventory within the gifting platform.

Requirements

  • High level of experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, Drupal (web CMS), Reachdesk, or equivalent platforms.
  • Action-oriented and a quick learner of systems and processes.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform decisions, drive improved performance, and report.
  • Must be extremely well organized, a natural problem solver, and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, but also as a cross-functional team.
