Key Responsibilities:- Deliver professional service to incoming business calls
- Welcome and assist candidates during on-site registrations
- Screen CVs to identify suitable candidates for further consideration
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Handle a high volume of candidate registrations, scheduling both on-site and video interviews
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure engagement and satisfaction
- Support consultants by sourcing candidates through job boards and other methods
- Create, manage, and update job postings to attract qualified candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners
- Format CVs to meet company standards
- Oversee reference checks and prepare employment confirmation letters
- Ensure compliance with company standards, including MS Office assessments and right-to-work checks
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate data entry and document uploads
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office, especially during on-site candidate registrations
- Manage and order office supplies to support smooth operations
- Support a positive workplace culture through social initiatives and events
- Assist with payroll operations, including weekly candidate pay runs when needed
- Advanced MS Office experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer-facing experience
- This role is based in the office five days a week to ensure consistent onsite support to the team
- Ability to anticipate the needs of the consultants but also able to have hard conversations
- Ability to work with urgency and manage pressure
- Have excellent prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to collaborate and muck in when needed
