Artist Liaison

White Cube is seeking an experienced Artist Coordinator to join our team. As an Artist Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the gallery's artist relationships, ensuring seamless communication between artists, studios, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Artist Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal enquiries and external communication with artist studio teams.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including pricing, status, images, and strategy.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to manage interest/priority client lists, communicate ordering and outcome, and ensure artists' schedules are updated bi-weekly.
- Exhibition Coordination: Oversee the creation of presentation materials, manage sales packs, and coordinate exhibition details with the Sales team.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between Sales, Artist Liaisons, and studios regarding exhibition details, pricing, and artwork availability.
- Data Analysis: Review and analyze quarterly reports with Artist and Sales Liaisons, preparing presentation documents for Artist Strategy meetings.
- Studio Management: Coordinate with studios on client requests, communicate timeline and track progress, and maintain internal sales reports.
- Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with the Registrar regarding consignment paperwork and transport of artworks from studios.
- Studio Visits: Arrange studio visits for Sales department and clients as necessary.
- Artist Events: Attend artist events on behalf of the gallery, Artist Liaison, or Sales Liaison as requested.
- Gift Coordination: Organize gifts for artists (birthdays, Christmas, etc.).
