Home Insurance serves as a vital support for clients encountering losses due to incidents such as fire, flooding, accidental damage, and severe weather.

As pioneers in this niche sector, the Core Group team is committed to guiding clients through these challenging situations.


About the Position:

In response to our growth, we are enhancing our workforce and looking for additional Client Relations Specialists / Claims Advisors.

In this role, you will play a key part in a collaborative team, assisting clients throughout their claims journey. This is a dynamic position where you will handle a varied portfolio of home insurance claims.
Precisely enter data into multiple systems including Xactware, Symbility, and other client portals.
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, the service center, and contractors, ensuring effective and clear communication.
Manage interim invoicing for restoration projects.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and promptly communicate any issues to the Claims Manager.
Provide exceptional client service, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Analyze and rectify financial data to guarantee accurate projected margins and weekly updates to management.
Address client inquiries and escalate complaints to the appropriate Manager as necessary.
Adhere to Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality protocols.

Training Overview:
Comprehensive two-week training program - all expenses covered. (A background check will be conducted during the initial weeks of employment.)

Compensation:
£26,935 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
