The Role
We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team in Swanley. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing an efficient, high-quality, and compliant service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing new business and ensuring all documentation is compliant
- Communicating with clients and providers to resolve queries and issues
- Assisting with research and basic reports to support our financial planners
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our back-office systems
