An exciting opportunity to join an established and respected Independent financial advisers based in Swanley as an Client Administrator.

This Independent, whole-of-market financial planning and investment management firm, offering services to personal, corporate and trustee clients was established over 100 years ago. The team is made up from highly qualified specialists in their own fields.

Offering a salary of up to £40,000 and Hybrid working, this role will see you working closely with the Client Administration Team Leader and team of administrators to provide an integral function to the wider team.

**The Role**:

- Processing new business
- Illustrations and projections
- Valuations
- Accurately update and maintain information on the back-office system
- Liaising with providers to obtain fund values/unit prices/transaction statements
- Preparation of enclosure documents for suitability reports
- Liaising with clients and providers
- To comply at all times with the Company Compliance, Training, and Competence Procedures
- Prioritise and action all activity entries allocated for your clients taking into consideration all the work being undertaken for the clients allocated to you

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Highly knowledgeable in all aspects of financial service administration
- A strong level of technical and industry knowledge with a wide range of financial products and services
- Confident using Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn new systems and processes
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
