Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers. Our client, a friendly, professional, and growing business is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant to join their team at their Head Office in Kent.
Job Details- Salary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum
- Location: Near Swanley, Kent (must be a driver to reach site)
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate will possess AAT qualifications or equivalent experience, with a strong background in credit control and accounts processing.
Main Responsibilities- Process sales invoices and manage the sales and purchase ledger
- Enter data into Xero and process purchase orders
- Handle overtime, expenses, and journey log sheets
- Manage credit control and perform general accounting tasks
- Assist with transport administration and various administrative duties
