Position Overview

As a pivotal figure in the hospitality sector, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to cultivate the next generation of industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

The hospitality industry is undergoing significant transformation. As a seasoned professional, you are aware of the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Our organization is committed to playing a vital role in shaping the future workforce, providing essential training that will influence this critical sector of the economy.

In this role, you will utilize your experience to make a meaningful impact. You will enhance your skill set, obtain a teaching qualification, and unlock further career prospects.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with learners in their workplace, often with some of the most respected names in the hospitality field. You will be responsible for delivering apprenticeship standards, offering the necessary support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve career-enhancing qualifications. Additionally, you will assist them in developing transferable skills in Mathematics and English, while managing your administrative tasks effectively.

It is rewarding to contribute to the recovery of a sector that has faced challenges due to recent global events, all while enjoying a favorable work-life balance with no late shifts or weekend obligations.

As advocates for the industry, we have initiated the Loving Hospitality program and run our Chef Academy, an advanced apprenticeship initiative aimed at improving retention rates.
