Position Overview
As a vital part of the hospitality industry, this role is designed for those who are either seasoned Trainers, Assessors, or Coaches, or those contemplating a career shift into this rewarding field.

The hospitality landscape is evolving swiftly. As a professional in this sector, you are likely aware of the various pressures, challenges, and opportunities that arise. Our organization is at the forefront of nurturing the next generation of talent, crucial for the transformation of an industry that significantly contributes to the economy.
If you are eager to leverage your expertise to influence the future, this is your opportunity. In this role, you will enhance your skill set, acquire a teaching qualification, and unlock further professional avenues.
Engaging with learners in their workplace, often associated with some of the UK's most cherished hospitality brands, you will facilitate the apprenticeship standards. This includes offering support, guidance, and motivation to help them achieve career-enhancing qualifications. Additionally, you will assist them in developing transferable skills in Mathematics and English, while managing your administrative tasks effectively.
It is fulfilling to know that you are contributing to the recovery of a sector affected by recent challenges, while enjoying a favorable work-life balance without late hours or weekend commitments.
As advocates for the industry, we have initiated the Loving Hospitality program and run our Chef Academy, an advanced Apprenticeship initiative aimed at improving retention.
Qualifications and Experience
To excel in this role, you should possess recent professional experience at a Management level within a hospitality environment, along with:
- NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality or higher
- Extensive, relevant vocational experience in areas such as food & beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping, or beverage service at a Management Level
- Experience in high-pressure settings, meeting targets and deadlines
- Strong communication and self-motivation abilities
- GCSEs in English and Maths (C or above or equivalent key skills)
- Proven ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:
- Level 4 Qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Experience in a Work-Based Learning or educational environment
