Residence Supervisor Job Description

Vita Student is seeking a highly skilled Residence Supervisor to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of our high brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support team members in operational duties, providing feedback and coaching to ensure excellent performance.
  • Motivate and mentor team members to exceed goals and create a positive working environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage a strong Vita Student community.
  • Audit and oversee operational practices, making suggestions for improvements to the management team.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to set and evaluate operational goals and objectives.
