Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabric Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at Correct Contract Services Limited. As a key member of our Retrofit department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in fabric installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on fabric installations to ensure compliance with PAS2030 & 2035 Standards.
  • Complete mid-installation audits to identify and address any quality issues.
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager and Central Admin Team Leader.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to maintain the quality management system and company quality manual.
  • Ensure all equipment is calibrated and in good working order.
  • Provide timely and accurate defect reports to the central admin team.
  • Engage with residents and CCS clients to promote CCS quality standards and educate them on the importance of quality.
  • Participate in staff briefings and company functions to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • General competence in the given trade.
  • NVQ 2 or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience of fabric installation and the built environment.
  • Punctuality, professionalism, flexibility, and working knowledge of Mobile PDA.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of working within the social housing sector on installation projects (advantageous).
  • Experience of working with residents and clients directly.
  • Clean UK driving license and DBS check required.
