Position: Finished Goods Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM onwards

Compensation: £11.59 PER HOUR

People Solutions Group is actively seeking a Finished Goods Warehouse Operative to support our reputable client in Leicester.

Key Requirements:

The successful candidate must possess a valid FLT Counterbalance Forklift Licence.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklift trucks and various material handling equipment
  • Transport pallets throughout the facility and store them in designated areas
  • Oversee warehouse operations in accordance with system requirements and provided work instructions
  • Prepare loading zones in line with documentation and verify accuracy
  • Identify and report any product damages or quality issues
  • Load vehicles as necessary
  • Complete all required documentation accurately
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues
  • Maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency
  • Participate in periodic inventory checks
  • Optimize warehouse space effectively
  • Collaborate closely with Day Services and Shift teams
