We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in retail stores to drive sales of our vape products.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers through various lead generation tactics
- Build close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of vape products
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to deliver compelling presentations and pitches, and close deals
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Manage your time and territory plan effectively to maximize productivity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM systems
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
A full driving licenseExperience in B2B or B2C sales positionsA keen interest in working in a fast-paced, start-up environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsCommercial acumen and a desire to hit and exceed targetsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook)What We Offer
We offer a competitive package, including:
Base salary up to £32,500Commission: OTE is another £10,000 on top, however this is uncapped and we expect overachievement in many areas£5,000 car allowanceiPhone and laptop5% pension£40 per month wellbeing allowanceA clear development plan, with regular reviews to enable you to achieve your career goals
