Your Responsibilities

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, plan and execute engaging events, nurture strategic partnerships, and enhance brand visibility through social media channels.
  • Collaborate with global teams to amplify our message, maintain strong partnerships, and drive diversity initiatives across the region.
Your Profile

We are looking for a passionate individual with a proven track record in attracting top early careers talent.

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing recruitment projects and events, including diversity initiatives and pipeline programs.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Strategic thinker, data-savvy, and capable of presenting insights effectively.
  • Experience working with Early Careers partners, social media expertise, and a genuine passion for supporting diverse talent.
  • Collaborative approach with colleagues across regions, with a focus on the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
