Key Account Director

Chase and Holland is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Director to join their sales team. As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust relationships with key accounts, protecting and increasing revenue.
This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent experience in a similar role, who is proactive and has a positive approach. You will be working with a leading organisation that offers a positive working culture and genuine development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure financial targets are achieved by protecting and developing Key Accounts
- Take commercial responsibility and establish optimal cost models to maximise Key Account revenue and profitability
- Attend client meetings, including regular structured formal reviews, and share information with colleagues in the Sales team
- Establish and define working processes for customer services to best service key accounts and drive service excellence
- Provide monthly KPI reports showing actual against budget across internal key measurables
- Provide KPI reports to relevant key account contacts showing actual against target on defined client measurables
- Develop new ways to enhance the business with your customers and provide solutions to management
- Be the main point of escalation for Key Account issues or any unresolved issues
