About the Role

As a Sales Support Administrator at ONNEC Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team to ensure seamless operations and efficient processes. You will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to provide administrative support for the tender and proposal preparation stages of the bid process, from initial opportunity to successful closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Apply organizational and office management skills to support the Pre-Sales and Sales Teams in ensuring the smooth running of Pre-Sales and Sales Office functions.
  • Customer Contract Management: Work within the Services Support arena to ensure customer contracts are up-to-date and accurately reflect the contract.
  • Sales Order Processing: Process Sales Orders for the company, enabling the compilation of sales reports.
  • Project Coordination: Manage the transition of small opportunities from Sales to the Operational arena and onwards to project completion.
  • General Office Administration: Perform tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and shredding.
  • Management Support: Assist the Sales Operations Manager in various projects as required.
  • Customer Communication: Be the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls for the Pre-Sales/Sales Departments.
  • CRM Data Management: Input information into a CRM database.
  • Process Adherence: Assist the Pre-Sales/Sales team in ensuring adherence to processes and procedures.
  • Commercial Sensitivity: Understand commercial sensitivity when dealing with customers and apply a reasonable commercial attitude.
  • System Coordination: Assist in the coordination of day-to-day system functionality, advocating appropriate use while highlighting any non-compliance to the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy of the company database, ensuring the integrity of the data used as a marketing and telemarketing tool.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially a good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility: A flexible approach to work.
