Are you a seasoned property professional looking for a new challenge? GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join our client's team in the Edinburgh area.

This is a home-based role that offers a competitive OTE of £45,000 - £60,000, strong guarantee, fantastic training program, and great commission structure.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the property market, including property trends, and be able to work on a self-employed basis. They will also possess a full driver's license and have access to a vehicle for business purposes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout their journey.
  • Co-ordinate with the central support team to ensure all efforts are being made to achieve a successful sale.

Requirements:

  • Essential to have excellent knowledge of the property market.
  • Able and happy to work on a self-employed basis.
  • Must possess a full driver's license and have access to a vehicle for business purposes.
  • A strong desire to be successful and grow your own business.
