Job Summary:

Jobshop UK Limited is seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Professional to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Send out documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Reference Checking: Oversee the referencing process for applicants, ensuring timely and thorough completion.
  • Tenancy Renewals: Renew tenancies when they are approaching expiration, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Tenancy Reviews: Assist with yearly reviews on tenancies that are in rollovers, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Viewing Coordination: Assist with booking applicants in for viewings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintenance Management: Log maintenance issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide ad-hoc support to the team as needed, ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Previous Administration Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a proven track record of providing excellent support.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using new software and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Team Player: A team player with a positive attitude, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
