Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, including personal care, medication management, and engaging in activities that promote their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with diverse care needs
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Manage medication and ensure accurate administration
  • Engage individuals in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion when interacting with individuals
  • A full UK driving license (as we use our own cars to support individuals)
