About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Priory Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with complex needs, including Autism, behaviours that challenge, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and Angelman Syndrome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Support individuals with activities such as swimming, pub visits, and personal shopping
  • Encourage and facilitate social interactions and relationships
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs is desirable
