Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Consultant to join our team of Insurance professionals. As an Insurance Consultant, you will be responsible for contacting customers and supporting them with their Insurance needs.
Working with a panel of Insurers, you will be required to problem solve, identify solutions, and sell Insurance products using a consultative process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generating New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct enquiries and inbound/outbound calls.
- Customer Service: Provide a fully compliant service to our customers, ensuring their Insurance needs are met.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively manage a pipeline of customers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Relationship Building: Liaise and build relationships with Underwriters and Insurers to drive business growth.
- Policy Administration: Process policy amends and changes, ensuring seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Insurance Experience: Previous experience in an insurance role is essential.
